Der japanische Elektronik-Riese Sony hat heute mit der neuen E-Serie E-440 seine neue Walkman-Generation präsentiert, die neben einem günstigen Preis auch mit einer langen Akkulaufzeit auffällt.
Laut Hersteller soll der in Rot oder Schwarz erhältliche MP3-Player über 30 Stunden Musik und bis zu sechs Stunden Videos auf dem hochauflösendenden 2 Zoll großen Display abspielen können.
Mit der neuen WALKMAN E-Serie hat Sony den Einstiegsmodellen der mobilen MP3-Player einen neuen Look verpasst: Das Design ist edel und kompakt, das Gehäuse nur 9,3 Millimeter dick.
Der Sony WALKMAN E440 mit 4 Gigabyte Speicher soll 79 Euro kosten, die Variante mit 8 Gigabyte Speicher schlägt mit 99 Euro zu Buche. Beide Player sollen Ende September 2009 in den Läden stehen.
Zudem stellte Sony heute auch noch einen neuen Sony Walkman B aus der B-Serie vor. Die B-Serie soll noch diesen Monat auf den Markt kommen.
