LAN-Party-Fans dürfen sich freuen: Der taiwanesische Computerbauer Asus hat pünktlich zu der in der kommenden Woche beginnenden Computex-Messe in Taipeh einen neuen Gaming-Laptop der Extraklasse im Gepäck: Den Asus G51.
Details sind bislang noch spärlich bekannt, aber die Kollegen von der „PC World“ wollen schon mal ganz sicher wissen, dass der G51 in verschiedenen Varianten auf den Markt kommen wird:
So soll es zum Beispiel eine 15,6-Zoll-Version und eine 16-Inch-Variante geben. Bzgl. Prozessoren haben Gamer und sonstige mobile Notebook-Daddel-Freunde die Qual der Wahl zwischen einem Intel Core 2 Quad und einem Intel Core 2 Duo Chip.
Das neueste Gaming-Laptop aus den Hause Asus, dass den bereits imposanten Vorgänger, den W90 in den Schatten stellen soll, fasst zudem bis zu 4GB DDR2 RAM und verfügt über einen 1GB GeForce GTX 260M Graphic-Chips.
Zudem gibt es ein optionales Blu-ray-Laufwerk, eine 2-Megapixel-Cam und eine 500GB Festplatte.
Wie gesagt, der neue G51 Gaming-Laptop G51 soll kommende Woche auf der Computex erstmals der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert werden und dann ab Juli in den Läden stehen.
Bei der Computex wird dann wohl auch der Preis des mobile Power-Rechners zu erfahren sein.
